Ethics: The proposed business cannot be in violation of any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, and trade secrets
Sector Focus: Open to all tech-driven innovations addressing pressing/universal issues and unlocking scalable impact. Prefer businesses aligned with BEYOND
